During a 60-minute coaching session, Stacy will ask you a series of questions. As you articulate answers, she will point out limiting beliefs and commonly held assumptions that tend to hold even smart people back. Together, you will identify strengths to build upon.

What you'll get:

  • A 60-minute coaching session with Stacy
  • A Confidence Booster Plan curated just for you with action steps that are effective yet easy
  • A 45-minute follow-up coaching session to fine-tune the plan (scheduled after an event where confidence was needed)
  • Email support between sessions and for 1 month after the follow-up session

Coaching Agreement


The coach will provide coaching services to the client as outlined in the coaching package.


The client understands that the service to be provided is coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling. Coaching is an alliance between the client and the coach. Their objective is to discover and implement practical strategies that will help the client with personal and professional pursuits and goals.

The client is responsible for making choices and taking action to achieve desired results. The coach may offer information, resources, and suggestions, but the onus is on the client to make decisions and take the necessary steps to accomplish what is desired.

The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward at all times. If either the client or coach believes that the coaching relationship is not working as desired, the client or coach will immediately communicate this so that both can take action to remedy the situation.


The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law.

The client understands the client is not protected by the same kind of patient or client privileges as with a medical doctor or a legal attorney.

The coach will not divulge personally identifiable information about the client or that the coach and client are in a coaching relationship without the express consent of the client.

The client permits the coach to share the client’s name, email, phone number, and the number of coaching hours with the International Coach Federation (ICF) for credentialing purposes. The coach is committed to following the high professional and ethical standards as outlined by ICF. ICF officials require this information in case of verification. Aside from this, no other information will be given to ICF about the client, and ICF will not request further information from the client without the client’s consent.

The client understands that the coach may share anonymized or generalized information about the coaching engagement, often aggregating such details or data with other clients, for research, writing, or marketing purposes. In these instances, the coach will take precautions so that the client is not identifiable.


If the client becomes dissatisfied with the coaching for any reason, the client can cancel further services. Likewise, if the coach feels that the coaching relationship is not optimal for the client, the coach can cancel further services. In the event of a cancellation of future services, the client and coach agree to provide one another with ten (10) days’ notice.


The client certifies that the client is not suffering from any physical or mental disability that might affect participation in the coaching process, and that, if the client has any health issue, substance abuse problem, or mental illness, the client has consulted with a physician and/or health care professional and been advised that the client may participate in the coaching process without risk. The client agrees that if there is any change in this situation the coach will be promptly notified.

The client understands that the coach is not a medical/health care professional and that this agreement does not constitute a diagnosis of an illness or a determination of a plan of treatment. If the client should need mental or physical treatment, the client agrees to seek out whatever medical treatment is necessary or required, with the help of a medical/health care professional.


The client shall indemnify and hold the coach harmless from any loss or liability arising from actions taken or situations created as a result of the coaching relationship.


The fee for coaching is outlined in the coaching package.

The client understands that this document contains all of the information provided by the coach and that all other representations or statements (prior or subsequent, whether oral or written) are superseded by this document.
